Passholder Volunteer Program
Are you an artist, attendee, or a Treefort enthusiast that already has a pass, but wants to be more involved in the fest? Passholders have the opportunity to work 1+ shift anywhere in the fest. No $30 application fee is required.

Some teams do require you to do manual heavy lifting, like moving music equipment, stage gear, or building materials.

Want to help out more? Priority shift selection is available for volunteers who plan on working 4 shifts or more (estimated 20 hours). *

Shift Requirement
Treefort Music Fest Volunteers (excluding those in the Passholder Program) are required to work at least 3 shifts (estimated 15 hours) throughout the festival. At least one shift of your 3 shifts is required to be an evening shift on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Know that by volunteering you may miss some programming, but you select your shifts and can plan accordingly with your top choices.

Under 21? You’re required to work at least 2 shifts (typically 10 hours).

Deposit Waiver
Volunteers are required to submit payment information for an $150 authorization hold on the Tuesday before the fest. If you’re not familiar, this means that $150 will appear as a pending charge on your account, and is removed by Tuesday, April 6th if you complete all your shifts.
